Step 3: Make your tires easily accessible
Bought tires from Shire Tire? Great! We’ll bring them with us to your appointment.
Using your existing tires? Please have them ready and accessible near your vehicle. If the technician needs to haul them from a distant location (like a condo storage unit), an additional fee may apply.
Step 4: Your appointment, before the service
On the day of your appointment, we’ll send you updates as we are on our way, so you won’t have to wait or wonder when to expect us.
Here’s how your mobile tire change appointment starts:
- Our technician will arrive within your scheduled service window and introduce themselves. They’ll confirm the service plan with you.
- The technician will inspect the vehicle and surroundings to ensure it’s safe to proceed. They’ll also take before photos of your vehicle to document its current condition.
- Then the technician will get to work. The process typically takes between 30 – 90 minutes to complete.
Step 5: During the service
Feel free to go inside and take care of other things. Your technician will give you an estimated completion time and will let you know when they’re done. Step 6: Service Completion
